La Condamine real estate varies considerably in this vibrant area of Monaco that combines tradition and modernity. A famous food market and Port Hercules, Monaco’s biggest harbour, ensure that a lively atmosphere reigns over La Condamine, Monaco’s second oldest district, at all hours. Numerous events take place throughout the year by the harbour, where people flock to enjoy the many bars and restaurants. The start and finish line of the Formula One Grand Prix is also here, another reason why it is such a sought-after place to rent accommodation.

La Condamine is a very pleasant area to live in. Many locals and tourists begin their days soaking up the atmosphere of La Condamine’s daily market. Just around the corner, the streets are lined with boutiques and restaurants and numerous businesses have offices here.
La Condamine real estate includes characterful five- or six-storey residential buildings with beautiful period features. Behind them, some of the Principality’s most impressive recent developments offer luxury apartments with sea views. A supermarket offering home deliveries is open 24 hours a day and the stunning Monaco Yacht Club offers sailing enthusiasts ample opportunities for socialising.
The nightlife in La Condamine contributes greatly to its appeal. Stars’n’Bars, situated on the harbour, is famed for being frequented by celebrities from the worlds of sport, music and cinema. This entertainment complex organises various events throughout the year and is also appreciated by families living in Monaco. Close by, La Rascasse, which is open from 4pm to 4am, is a much-loved venue for after-work drinks and dancing. Numerous events throughout the year, ranging from the Longines Global Champions Tour (a top-class showjumping event) in June, to a beautiful Christmas Village in the festive season. During the Formula One Grand Prix, residents can enjoy the action from their balconies and attend the many parties that take place around the Principality and on the yachts.
A small, little-known beach is discreetly located nearby, although some residents prefer to lounge around the salt-water Olympic-sized pool next to the harbour. In winter, this pool is transformed into an ice-rink. Monte Carlo is just a few steps away, thanks to a system of lifts. Alternatively, a solar-powered boat takes residents and tourists between La Condamine and Monte Carlo throughout the day.
