Monaco Rentals in Famous Buildings

Monaco is like no other country on earth. It’s small in size, measuring slightly less than the surface area of New York’s Central Park; It is seeped in history, with some of its buildings dating back to the 13th century; and it is also home to many of the world’s most modern and luxurious properties. It is little wonder that it is one of the most visited places in Europe, with hundreds of thousands of international visitors per year. Due to its favourable taxation laws, Monaco also attracts a large number of foreign nationals looking for apartments for rent in Monaco to live in the Cote d'Azur permanently. Many of the premier luxury Monaco rental properties are in some of the most famous buildings in the Principality.

Due to its popularity among an international population who seek an appealing lifestlye in the Mediterranean sun, the demand for Monaco apartment rentals is high. In recent years, building has increased to match demand to provide living accommodation for new residents. Much of this new luxury real estate in Monaco has hit the headlines, becoming famous in the real estate industry because of its high-end specs, ultra-modern design and incredible facilities.

Monaco Rentals in the Odeon Tower

One of the most impressive buildings to have been constructed in Monaco in recent years is the Odeon Tower, a striking sky-scraper set back from Larvotto Beach in the Monte Carlo district. The Odeon Tower, or La Tour Odeon as it is locally known, is a 49-storey concrete and glass tower that was developed by the Groupe Marzocco and designed by Monegasque architect Alexandre Giraldi. Now the highest building in the Principality, it has a total of 60 Monaco rental apartments and luxury flats to buy, including a five-story penthouse with a price tag of a reported 316 million euro. Residents living in a Monaco apartment home in La Tour Odeon can benefit from a 24/7 concierge service, a business centre, spa and restaurant, which will be opened at the end of the year.

Life in the Principality

Monaco is one of the safest places on the earth to live, with a very low crime rate and very high quota of policemen to residents, making it an extremely pleasant country in which to live. It also has an excellent climate, with mild and sunny winters and glorious, hot summer, meaning that residents living in Monaco rental apartments are able to spend much of their free time outside all year round. For those renting luxury apartments in Monaco that work, the Principality is perfectly situated to travel to most European cities for business. The Principality is just a 30-minute drive from Nice Cote d’Azur Airport, France’s second largest airport and a hub for international flights.
